Nominate a teacher who has made an impact on you or your child because of their inspiration, classroom style, teachings, leadership and/or guidance or inspiration.

A Teacher is a person who:

  • is an educator with the title of Teacher, Assistant Teacher/Teacher’s Aide, Substitute Teacher, Professor, Principal, Assistant Principal or Guidance Counselor;
  • working with K-12 and/or college or university students at an accredited school in the United States;
  • has received a degree or certification in education; and
  • a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia (“D.C.”) nineteen (19) years of age or older at time of nomination.

A Nominator is someone (an individual) who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia (“D.C.”) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of nomination and who wishes to submit an Entry (as defined below in the “Important Information About Your Entry” section of the rules) about a Teacher (if they meet the criteria above) into the Contest (also referred to as the “Entrant”). Parents may enter on behalf of their children who are under 18 years old.

A Nominee is a Teacher that the Nominator is submitting an Entry about and that meets the criteria of a teacher as described above. A Teacher may NOT nominate themselves, but they may nominate other Teachers.

Potential Winner(s)/Winner(s):

The Potential Winner(s) and/or Winner(s) will be the Teacher stated within the winning Entry. For purposes of clarity, the prize will be awarded to the Teacher/Nominee (not to the Nominator).

Nominators and Nominees must meet the definition of a Nominator and/or Nominee as defined above in the Terms section. Employees of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (the “Sponsor” or “Chase”), Southwest Airlines® Co. (“Southwest”), Fleishman-Hillard, Inc., Millennium Communications, and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) (collectively “Releasees”), and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. For purposes of clarity, Chase and Southwest® employees may nominate a teacher but any Chase or Southwest employee or immediate family member or members living in the same household are not eligible to be entered or win a prize. Each Entrant by participating in the Contest agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Contest begins on October 5, 2022, at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 9, 2022, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).
